WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS
Teams will need to have a coach activated and have the player roster entered
in order to print game sheets and enter game reports.
Coach Activation:
1. Go to the League website. Do not try to log in.
2. Go to MY TEAM tab
3. Click ACTIVATE - enter the current code, to have the code sent to you email sherol@rockwoodfc.com
4. Enter the coach's details. The e-mail and password entered will be
used to log in to the website for that team. If the same email address is
being used for multiple log-ins (i.e. club and coach), please make the
password independent
5. Click SUBMIT
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for each coach, manager, assistant coach, assistant
manager
7. If a coach/manager is activated to the wrong team email

with the coach name and the team he/she is
activated with in error. The coach's profile will be deleted and he/she can
then be reactivated to the correct team.
Create Team Roster:
1. Log in as Coach (Coach will automatically be logged in after coach
activation)
2. Go to MY TEAM tab
3. Under COACH OPTIONS, go to ADD TO SQUAD
4. Enter the player names and OSA Numbers
5. Click SUBMIT
6. Under COACH OPTIONS, go to SHIRT NUMBERS
7. Enter shirt numbers beside each player
8. Click SUBMIT
9. Under COACH OPTIONS, go to CHANGE UNIFORM
10. Select shirt and shorts colour(s)
11. Click SUBMIT
Printing Game Sheets
1. Log in as Coach
2. Go to MY TEAM tab
3. Under COACH OPTIONS, go to GAME SHEETS
4. Select GAME DATE
5. Check players who you know are attending or select.
6. Click CREATE GAME SHEET
7. Adjust manually: changes to player's numbers, players who will not
be attending (stroke out), and add names of call-up players and print 1 game sheet. Your game sheet will only
have your team's information on it.
8. Give the game sheet to the referee at least 15 minutes before the
scheduled kick-off. Refs will enter game reports after game.
